PLUS, LLC was founded by Katarzyna (Kate) Jankowska, who is a sworn translator in Poland, ATA-certified in the U.S., and a court-certified interpreter. Kate has been a member of the American Translators Association and its local chapter Midwest Association of Translators and Interpreters (MATI) since 2005. With over 20 years of experience in both written translations and interpretation—particularly in court settings—she has built a reputation for reliability and professionalism. She founded her office to support the Polish community in the U.S., combining her expertise with a genuine desire to help. Known for her patient, thorough, and client-focused approach, she ensures every project is handled with care it deserves. Outside of work, she is a wife and mother of three, and enjoys reading, movies, and traveling.
